Hello, All!
I haven’t been on my blog for such a long time because of school! Also, I’ve been trying to figure things out for myself. I’ve just felt really lost lately. I’ve been reading books instead of studying and finally I decided to read Fangirl.
Fangirl was so amazing! I seriously loved this book! Rainbow Rowell has done it again! The characters were written beautifully and the characters have… depth. It’s so incredible. I also love that her books surprise me. I can never guess the endings or the plot twists. OMG!
Anyways, reading Fangirl made me finally come to the conclusion that I need to find a school that I enjoy. I have been hating my college so much and I get into such a negative headspace having to go there every day.
I’ve decided that what I’m going to do is transfer to a university (I currently go to community college). I want to start off my 20’s doing things that I truly enjoy and following what I believe is right. It’s my life. I should be doing what I want…
In community college, I’ve been studying Media Arts and I really do think it’s an interesting subject but I’d also like to study English. I’d love to write a book one day. I’d major in English and minor in Media Arts. I just need to find the right place to go. Fangirl made me realize that college doesn’t have to be so horrible. It could be a community filled with people around the same age as you just trying to figure things out🙃.
